Our Interlaken Office

Our office in Interlaken ensures we have a permanent base in Switzerland. Our staff, all with extensive local knowledge, provide an invaluable back-up service, and additional support to visitors who are staying in resorts without representatives.

A Friendly-face

We have a large team of representatives based in Switzerland whose job is to make sure your holiday runs smoothly. From the moment you touch down tot he second you leave, they are available to offer help and assistance should you need it.

At the Airport

Providing you take one of our designated flights arriving between 9am-4.30pm and arrive on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Saturday at Zurich or Geneva, one of our airport representatives will meet you as you come through passport control, direct to the station to ensure you make the onward rail connection to your resort.

In Resort

Based in many resorts from may to September (mid June to mid September in the higher resorts), our resort representatives will meet you when you arive and regularly visit hotels to offer help and advice. All are equipped with mobile phones so they can be reached at all times, though the level of contact you have with them is entirely up to you.
